Newegg lost a valued customer,, save yourself the aggravation of expecting your purchase when you think you will get it, You will not get on time...
You will not get your purchase on time, when promised. You will get many excuses and frustration.
New egg needs to learn and practice customer service and how to ship when they say. Terrible customer service and a bit rude.
New egg needs to learn and practice on time shipping. (not that hard) then they blame their disto center ( not a newegg ship center) which I thought I learned long ago. Newegg, if your out sourced ship center can not performing, time to find a new one.
Place order on 8/25/2020 before 8: am for 2 mouse.
As of today 8/26/2020 and order has not shipped yet.
It should not take over 24 to pull order and ship 2 mice
When I spoke to CS I asked if the could call their disto and get it out the door, SC was to lazy to pick up the phone and do something.
Looks like best buy, walmart, and amazon will be my my goto for parts or Tiger Direct
