I ordered a car radio and installation kit on Jet recently. Jet gave no indication that the radio was not in stock when I ordered it and my order went through. And hour later, I get an e-mail saying that the radio order was canceled due to them having none in stock, but the installation kit was still shipping. I called Jet to cancel the entire order but I was told that it was outside of their 30 minute cancellation window. So even though it had not shipped, I could not cancel. I was told that I could just return the kit for a refund when I received it. But, I had no intention of ever returning this order so I had chosen to exclude the free return shipping from my order. The price for the return shipping was about the same as the price for the item itself so I would not get any money back. I re-ordered the radio from Crutchfield (for a slightly higher price) and it came with an installation kit. The kit I got from Jet just went into the trash. I will be canceling my account with Jet and I will stick with Amazon from now on.
