I was looking for a replacement wiring harness and the tech support (Charles) provided me with great info to help me select the correct harness.

I was needing to buy a very hard to find part for my Toyota truck and Alibaba had it on their web site. I decided to take a chance and buy it. When the part came in, i I found that they send me a counterfeit part. It looked similar and you could tell that the part number was stamped into the part by someone after it was manufactured. They gave me my money back minus the shipping. I think they even knew they part was counterfeit because they told me I did not have to bother returning it.

I buy on Amazon weekly and I always have great service.

I ordered a car radio and installation kit on Jet recently. Jet gave no indication that the radio was not in stock when I ordered it and my order went through. And hour later, I get an e-mail saying that the radio order was canceled due to them having none in stock, but the installation kit was still shipping. I called Jet to cancel the entire order but I was told that it was outside of their 30 minute cancellation window. So even though it had not shipped, I could not cancel. I was told that I could just return the kit for a refund when I received it. But, I had no intention of ever returning this order so I had chosen to exclude the free return shipping from my order. The price for the return shipping was about the same as the price for the item itself so I would not get any money back. I re-ordered the radio from Crutchfield (for a slightly higher price) and it came with an installation kit. The kit I got from Jet just went into the trash. I will be canceling my account with Jet and I will stick with Amazon from now on.
