I ORDERED A ESPRESSO MAKER 3 MONTHS AGO AFTER APPROX 6 WEEKS I RECIEVED A PAIR OF RAYBAN SUNGLASSES, I NOTIFIED... I'LL SAY THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE, RACHAEL BENEDER AND INFORMED HER OF THE MISTAKE SHE TOLD ME TO KEEP THE SUNGLASSES AND WOULD SEND THE CORRECT ITEM ASAP ANOTHER 6 WEEKS HAD GONE BY AND NOW APPARENTLY THE PACKAGE IS LOST, I INFORMED RACHAEL BENEDER THAT AT THIS POINT I WOULD LIKE A CREDIT, SHE HAS INFORMED ME THERE WILL BE A 10$ FEE TO PROCESS, THAT BEING SAID THE SUNGLASSES I GOT CAME IN A RAYBAN BOX IN A RAYBAN GLASS CASE, THE GLASSES I PULLED OUT IN NO WAY ARE RAYBANS BUT A CHEAP CHINESE KNOCK OFF AFTER DOING SOME RESEARCH ON THE RAYBAN WEBSITE.
I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THE THE ESPRESSO MAKER I ORDERED AND THAT WAS PICTURED ON THEIR WEBSITE WAS 69.00$ EVERY OTHER WEBSITE I RESEARCHED THIS MACHINE SOLD FOR 500/600 DOLLARS.
