I called Bose to order an item, I was told it would arrive in about a week, and they would email me the order, and tracking numbers. I called a week later and was told 4 Feb was shipping date. They again told me they would email the info to me. All I received was an anonymous email with a pre-shipping notification from USPS for & 7 Feb. So the company policy is to be less than honest and to make it very difficult to communicate. Their products appear to be extremely over priced with very little concern for customer satisfaction.
