Words cannot describe the poor customer service from this incredibly incompetent group. My experience with the merchandise has been very good, but that's where the quality ends.
Truly sad!
Tip for consumers:
Buy from another supplier. These folks make great underwear but they suck at online shopping/delivery. The customer service is practically non-existent in that they don't respond to a request.
