I was sent the wrong boat cover in July 2020, sent it back and it has now been over a month with no reply. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE AND ONLY WILL TALK ON CHAT. I CANNOT GET ANYONE TO RESPOND TO ME. HERE IS THE RESPONSE I GET EVERYDAY: Alright, seems like the exchange cover already went on the shipping process, I am being told by the management at the shipping department that we are only missing the tracking number which will be updated on our system by the warehouses and due to the staff reductions not everything is going smoothly as it used to go. We understand that this might get you upset but we think that is better and more important to ship the item first and email the tracking sometime later. So rest assured this exchange has already processed on shipping and as soon as the warehouses update the tracking number it will be emailed to you automatically.
