You can readily remove yourself from the sites that DeleteMe does but DeleteMe did not delete your info from MyLife and others. Ergo, my personal info is still readily found.

Not only is the forum user supported and not cluttered up with ads but it's probably the best in-depth resource for horological information with a focus on the upper tier brands such as Rolex, Patek, Audemars Piguet, Omega and the like.

One of the best aspects of Facebook beyond your personal page and timeline is Facebook groups which allow for back and forth discussion of your interests and hobbies. Unfortunately, the good times can be marred by trolls who often turn into keyboard warriors and since Facebook requires real identities, the trolls may be able to harass in real life. The other aspect of Facebook that makes it less then 5 stars is the lack of customization. For example, I don't want to see any trending news on the front page and so have to use a third-party plugin to clean up the front page. Overall though, it's a great place to be 'social'.

If you're an aviation geek, this site has it all from civil, military, space, and photography. WIth multiple forums in one, it can be a bit of a navigation challenge but you'll certainly find no shortage of information.

While going to a brick & mortar Apple Store can involve very long waits, using the Apple Store website and the Apple support site is very straightforward. There can be minor delay hiccups if you order the latest iPhone the minute it's available but much easier than driving out to a store and the support site has been much improved and streamlined over the years.

Sad to say but RantRave is no more and the domain was put up for sale. Unlike almost any give social, political or religious forum, RantRave was actually a neutral platform for people of any persuasion to come and give their opinion / debate about the usual hot-button issues or anything on their mind. While the site was fairly popular and attracted a group of strong supporters, the owner(s) couldn't find a way to adequately monetize and pay to keep the site running. The owners make a very poor decision to change the format of the site to a religious bent, and that sealed their fate. Without RantRave, people are left to join forums or Facebook groups that are echo-chambers of what they believe; the intolerance and polarization of society continue to increase. Goodbye RantRave; it was great while it lasted.

I signed up for their "unlimited" service and quickly found that it's quite limited - of course...

So rated free service as 5 out of 5 but just bought Premium service and it is rubbish. I cannot...
