DONT buy from them I have ordered a telescope ladder at the end of June 2021 and it still hasn't arrived I have contacted them many times and they keep saying that it's been delivered. I had to check. With the post office and Hermes and both said that even seen the package. This company has poor customer service and expects the customer to run around. I have asked for a refund but they are not replying to my emails. Mark
