Ordered a plant may 5,2020. Was not informed until several weeks later there order was delayed until 7/25/2020. After no correspondence by 7/28/2020 and no product recieved, I called to cancel my order and request a refund. I was told 3-5 days. On 8/4/2020, after no communication and no refund recieved, I recieve an email stating the order was now delayed to 9/5/2020. The order I had canceled 9 days prior and was overdue on receiving a refund. I called and got the run around for over 30 minutes about why it was some other, unknown company who has to issue the refund and they can't get in touch with anyone at goods mystery company. I was told this after it was CONFIRMED THE COMPANY RECIEVED MY FUNDS MONTHS AGO. I absolutely would stay away from purchasing products from this company, you will not recieve your product and they will pass blame and promise to refund you, but you will not recieve your refund. Buyer beware.
