I've managed many complex medical procedures and know there are inherent risks and potentially undesirable outcomes with any treatments. So when the result of my root-canal went awry, I asked a few discerning questions and feel that I experienced insincere, egregious, and underhanded behavior that also included blame-shifting, projection, insidious gas-lighting, and bullying/mobbing on multiple occasions from this office. I was shocked! It was the most extreme and alarming response that I've ever seen unfold over something so minor as one failed root canal! Every attempt that I made, in good faith, to reasonably communicate only further perpetuated the deception that I seemed to encounter. I find this frightful, deplorable and twisted conduct unworthy of any human being not to mention health-care professional. I cannot recommend this office to anyone.
