I received the texsport non-stick popper #******* as a gift. It was purchased out of state. Upon the first use the coating flaked off into the popcorn. I contacted the company and provided photos of the issue and requested they send a replacement. Their response was they only warranty for 1 year if you have the receipt otherwise deal directly with the store it was purchased from. The item is less than 6 months old and that was the first use. Since it was a gift that was purchased out of state I do not have the receipt and am unable to return to the store it was purchased at. I will never buy from this company again. They clearly do not care about their customers.
