If anyone starts a class action suit, those of us who are participating in this site need to be informed.
I was shocked to discover that I was being charged $45 a month by Care.com. I didn't mind paying a small initial fee for access, but it wasn't clear that I would pay on a monthly basis. I felt tricked. Reputable companies don't trick you. There is no Customer Service phone number to talk with a person to resolve problems.
