I love spoiling my glamour pup with their great products! Love all the Louis Dog beds, Susan Lanci bows, leashes & collars, and Chewy Vuitton toys! Great stuff, no problems with transactions.
Defrauded by this store $1095. The time they wasted ensured I could never own the product. They kept assuring me I would receive my dressers by the end of June. End of June they went out of business sent everyone a letter saing they understood customers were confused and angry, but vendors were too. No one is happy Andrea ( customer service agent aka C E O) said, my mom died. #berniemadoff #conartist

Dear Marjorie,
I want to personally apologize to you again for your disappointment with PoshTots. First of all, my beautiful, loving mother DID in fact die on June 13th (see obituary below) and reading the Site Jabber Review just now hurt me terribly. I hope you never go through what I have gone through in the past few months.
Losing my business of 15 years was hard enough but to lose my mother the way I did was completely heart breaking.
So it's none of my business what you think of me really but my heart broke again reading your words and I was compelled to respond.
I know it's easy to throw punches when you don't know the whole story. I, too, would be upset. We are doing all I can to work with the new buyer of PoshTots to help them satisfy all customers orders. I have worked very hard for 15 years building the brand and giving great customer service. Even so, businesses fail and people fail. I failed! I can only do my absolute very best to move on and do the best that I can.
The new owners are resolved on taking care of any customers who did not get a full refund or receive their merchandise. In your particular case this dresser was from Young America Furniture, who closed their doors end of May 2014 after 20 plus years. It's been a tough couple of years for many in the Juvenile Furniture Business.
Again, I am personally so very sorry your order fell in that "transition period" we were going through. I am so grateful to the new owners and management team of PoshTots who want to continue the business and who will continue to stand behind the products and customers as we have for 15 years. I will support them and continue to be the advocate for this amazing brand just as I have since its "birth" in 1999.
