I placed my order on 4/25/19, my order was shipped 2 days later. Somehow, FedEx lost or delivered my packages to the wrong address on May 3,2019. I called customer service, I explained that I never received my package but it was marked as delivered on the FedEx website. The customer service representative told me to not worry, that she would request a new shipment right away with next day delivery. The following day I received my package with all my items.
All of the bad reviews, might be because of the lazy unprofessional customer service representatives.
