Write yoThis is a terrible store to deal with,STAY AWAY.
They sold me a lemon ring worth $3500.00 and I have had nothing but problems ever since.They kept fixing it and the stones kept falling out,now they want to offer me $1000.00 for the ring to trade it in on something else.
Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

I purchase was what to be my 25th Anniversary Ring. I buy the ring,then after I buy it,the associate tells me:
a) the jeweller is not in the store to put my diamond in so I had to take the setting back with me and one of the prongs broke on the plane
b) they couldn't size my ring so they put this metal insert in it so it will fit my finger - in which it digs into my finger when I wear it.
The cost for me to pay is only $300.00 to get the ring fixed when I GOT BACK TO NEW YORK because no one would touch it in Canada.Had to wait in my jewelry
case till I went back.Then to boot,I go to get the ring appraised in Toronto and the Appraisal Jewelers won't even touch it YUP.A PURE LEMON
So the last goings off,we speak with the owner and he's talking to us as he is doing us a favor,says every time he fixes the stone that falls out it costs him - yup a grand total of $50.00 each time.Tells me he is loosing money on a 4 digit ring because of fixing itI!!! (Then don't sell me a lemon and give me my money back)
No way,won't give me a refund, will fix the ring though)
So the owner gets upset and says he's going to fix it for the last time like I'm the one taking the stones out or something,or maybe yet I'm wearing it on a construction site duh!!!

He knows he has me because there is nothing else I want and I just want to be able to wear the ring (even though I hate the sizer inside of it) I tell the owner to ensure he checks the ring as I'm going back to Canada and he gets it fixed again,I tell him to check it himself before he gives it to me and he claims he did.I wear the ring for two hours and you know what I'm going to say..... yup another stone comes out. Anyway now I am totally peeved, owner says he's not doing anything for me because we had a deal. I told him he never checked the stones well enough and that was also part of the deal. I mean seriously two hours and the stone comes out under the solitaire.So today his associate emails me back and says they'll give me $1000.00 for a trade in.Claims the ring is OLD NOW and it was sized????? Could not believe it.All in all i've worn the ring 4 months out of the almost 2 years I have had it.They claim they are working with me to resolve the issue but I have to wait days or weeks for the emails.Terrible service,I've contacted the Canadian Better Business Bureau to see if I can get a cash refund,talk about my stomach getting turned!!!!ur review to help others learn about this online business
