I would like to send updates. Amazon purchased this website in UAE and now its under amazon management. First 6 month it was perfect, amazon was charging 20% from selling price and we did good with them. After 6 month they changed policy and we got in big loss. We were selling supermarket items (under 50 dhs) from Fullfill by souq. As example, my item market price is 9 dhs and the same fixed charges by souq for this item, so my payment for the item was 0, even we couldn't recover the cost of item. Great business - total loss! Be carefull and find all info before you deal with them.

I try to become a seller at souq.com and I have really bad experience. After listing a product I was waiting for 3 weeks and then was rejected, I try for 1 month to list something again and again and its the same - long time pending and then rejection. I made many request to help, to resolve and they were closing my tickets without any support and the was asking if their service is good or not?! I also called and talk to customer service - no one can help. My statement is - very unprofessional, useless and I really disappointed.
I purchased ticket from this website- rehlut - and the flight was cancelled by the airline, then someone called me directly from airline and I asked for refund. They told me that I have rights to get full refund because my flight was cancelled by the airline. I request to get refund from rehlut and wanted to buy from same website new ticket.
I was sending many emails and made calls and all the time they were telling me - we still didn't get any response from the airlines about refund. They telling me the same for 2 month now that both airlines never responded to them. Up to now I am fighting to get my payment back.
