The policies here are ridiculous. I don't know who came up with the idiotic idea to not be able to help the customer change addresses and shipping details. They can't change your address, they can't cancel your order and they are programmed to say "unfortunately" this, that and the other. The company leads are incompetent. With much disrespect y'all online service is trash!

I didn't use any product. The moment I pressed finish order I realized I didn't include to the apartment number. Called customer service and the informed me that "unfortunately" they couldn't do anything to help me which is totally opposite of their job. Anyways that would mean my order would go to the wrong address and my refund would take weeks. That's idiotic and unacceptable!!!

I used to find great shoes, especially Nikes and loved getting the Buy one Get one 50% off but...
