Not my first time ordering from YSL. US. This time I ordered a perfume from his rare collection and I got 2 day free shipping. The order was placed on the 7th of July and I got the package on the 19th of July. When the question popped up to rate the shipping, I gave only 1 star, I believe it was fair. Two day shipping even without the weekends isn't 12 days, right? I think YSL. US should pick a more trustworthy shipping company. The prestigious website, brand has to have a reliable shipping service. After I gave the 1 star rating, they started bombing me with emails, daily more than 10, promising me 10 % off from my next purchase. Why are they so sure that I will go back to purchase from the website again? All what they have, I can find anywhere online or in any department store. The last few emails were about refund, refunding my gift wrapping, which I didn't claimed, opening a investigation about the lost package, also, I never filed a claim for a lost package and a few emails with a proof of delivery from the last 2 purchases.
Finally called the customer service on the given number and talked to someone, asking her to put a note that I have the package, I was only rating the shipping experience. I don't need a refund or any kind of investigation. Needless to say; the emails are still coming…
Since L'Oréal took over YSL US, things are not the same as before. I think, I will go to the store for my future purchases, I got to sniff the products before I buy, because I don't need another shipping and buying experience like this was.
