I bought the Off the Shoulder Floral Sequin Dress and after one wear, the majority of beads came off - the dress is now a "one time use" disposable piece unfortunately. After back and forth with customer service where they initially led me on to think they would fix the dress or cover the costs to fix, they quickly backed away and are offering ZERO compensation here. Keep in mind this is after weeks of communication with customer service where they had me get estimates from tailors on repair costs and such. Ultimately, I end up with no replacement, no fixes, no discount/refund, etc. For a $350 purchase, I find the quality and customer service to be not acceptable.
