If you earn Kohls cash on a purchase or spend Kohls cash you might have a problem if you try to return something. I asked cust svc if you could decline kohl's cash and they told me you could not but you can divide a larger purchase into several small ones under $50 each so you will not earn kohls cash. That is pretty messed up.

Also I noticed the quality on a lot of their merchandise is below Wal Mart's quality and they are rediculously over priced. I will be closing my account and not shopping there anymore. Its not worth the hassle.

I ordered items from this site according to the sizing they showed for the items. The items were beautiful but were way too big. They made me pay return shipping and didn't refund the shipping costs. Plus there is a restocking fee. I argued that it was not my error because I ordered according to the measurements they show. They basically said too bad not their problem, it's my problem. I think this is highly unfair and even deceptive. They don't care about their customers and don't care if you ever return to shop there again. Please Beware!
