Called customer service because i could not locate the cover letter i had saved the previous day, I needed to print it but could not locate it, was told to call back tomorrow for help. Hour are from 8am to 8pm I called at 4pm Dallas Tx. Time. I cancelled my subscription. Luckily i had a rough graph of the letter. Site is unstable
True there is no contact number. I ordered a 2 piece crop top and skirt, received 2 skirts trying to get the crop top, that appears to be a problem
Tip for consumers:
please read, If there is no contact number, keep moving.Sometimes you don't get what you ordered, but most venders make a problem free exchange. I read the description of everything i ordered but as you can see, received 2 skirts, no crop top. I will take a loss on the blue polyester halter top dress that was suppose to be of gauze material which to me is cotton material. the crop top is what i want
