They sell factory rejects and do not disclose that. Will also send 2 different sizes. (Ex: 8 and 7.5) when size 8 was ordered. Guess they are hoping you don't notice. Also will send a half size difference from what you ordered on both pairs. Probably don't have your size so they figure you may not notice. Bought a pair of merrell trail shoes. The tongues were so short that the top lace went under into my foot. This business just sucks. You may occasionally get lucky and not mind a minor defect but it won't be often. Plus just the fact that they treat you like you are stupid and won't notice just runs me the wrong way.

CAN'T GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM. PHONE NUMBER NO LONGER IN SERVICE. SAY THEY WAIT 3 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY BEFORE THEY COMPLETE PAYMENT TRANSACTION BUT THEY DONT. ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED BUT THEY HAVE NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM THAT I HAVE FOUND. RIP OFF. LOOKS LIKE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND COULD CARE LESS IF THE CUSTOMER HAS ANY ISSUES.
