I had a problem with one of the items I purchased and sent an email to the company. Less than an hour later Matt called and fixed the problem. He refunded my money for the item with absolutely no hassle. You can bet I am going to spend that refund at Zshoppers.

“Scam”

I ordered from this company and a couple of months later started getting 2 candles in the mail and they started taking out 49.99 plus 2.99 from my account unauthorized. I contacted the company and they said it's automatic with purchase.
