The entire process was confusing and complicated, you need their permission for everything you want to buy and it can take over 24 hours. So, obviously, I missed the opportunity to buy things I really wanted because it took too long. Then there's the 'shipping cost calculator", this thing is completely useless unless you can predict the size of the box, and you'll only know the size and weight of the box once you've purchased everything and can't go back anymore (because if you cancel you have to pay 10$ per item + whatever fees the original seller wants for shipping and stuff. I had 5 items, so if I wanted to cancel my order I would have to pay at least 50$ in fees.) I used the calculator based on the weight (the only info you have before paying for the items) and it said it would be about 30$ for shipping, a little pricey but okay... It ended up being 50$. I forgot to mention that they also make you pay for shipping within Japan, which is unacceptable because I know the website I used offered free shipping within Japan. So, my package was worth 55$, I paid 25$ in fees (ZenMarket) and 50$ in shipping (FedEx). Then, a month later, I get a letter from FedEx saying I have to pay 20$ in custom fees. So I spent a total of 150$ on a package worth 55$. Don't bother buying with ZenMarket, it's not worth it. Check eBay or Amazon Japan if you're desperate for a specific item.
