I made a complaint to Niceic after I failed to receive a certificate for work carried out from an electrician registered with them.
I am a single female living alone and the electrician had been sending me rude and threatening messages - which I forwarded on to Niceic. They recommended that I allowed the electrician back into my property to redo the assessment work required for a certificate. Absolutely useless complaining to them as I am clearly not happy to allow this man anywhere near me or my property again. They basically wash their hands of any responsibility.
