Ad Remove.

This annoying ad pops up every few minutes on my computer. I have tried everything I know to get rid of it - to no avail.
This really is not acceptable - does anyone know what I can do about it?

Tip for consumers:
I cannot get this annoying Ad Remove advert from flashing up on my screen every few minutes.
