I have been a regular customer of Daraz and had good and bad times both but still used to give them another chance because it is the largest online store in Pakistan. I have received fake products like Quinoa which I couldn't return as I tried to cook, and other accessories which never matched the description mentioned but was able to return. After that I learned to order products with enough reviews only. At the same time, I had good experiences as well where I got the products which I wasn't able to find the in the market otherwise. But what pissed me the most is the Daraz customer service. They have closed the voice call help service and the people available online are all jerks. There solutions are more like "wait and then try again", which shows they don't understand why we try even Daraz? Because we don't have time to go to markets or wait for hours to just through our order. The online consumers are more into availing discounts and saving time and probably they have no clue about their targets consumers. Eventually, I had to remove my app from mobile and finally have to say good bye to Daraz.
