I ordered one item, my card was charged and the item was never shipped. I sent them 3 emails to check on when I might be receiving my item as I suspected that it was sold out and not available. Zero response, like sending emails into a black hole. I tried to use the chat on the website, which says that someone will respond immediately - nobody there. Finally opened a case via Paypal and received a refund but mind you, they never reached out, never said a thing, much less apologized, I just got an automated refund notification. Just no customer service, no support whatsoever, terrible. At least I got my money back, I guess.
