Absolutely unacceptable custom support!
I ordered manolo sandals but additional discount didn't work for me. I tried to contact custom support in order to cancel the order and to place an order once again with the discount. I received the respond only next day after my order had been sent.
Ok, I tried to refuse to receive the parcel, but custom service wrote me that I have to pay
22% of the amount of the order (VAT)
10% of the amount of the order (Customs fees)
50.00 euro + 50.00 euro for shipping fees
What?! Really?!
Never had such situation with any other online boutique!
Don't recommend giglio.com
