I placed an order on line on July 2nd 2009, they debited my credit card and i never received their product! I tried so many time to contact them via e-mail or phone with no avail. I finally reported a fraud with my credit card company and they reversed the charge... I was lucky to deal with a fantastic companie like Master Card.
