I requested for a refund and based on the e-mail, after 5 business days of no response from their client whom I purchased the product from, they will start the refund process. I waited 5 business days and called them to get an update. They claimed that 5 business days have not occurred yet. They couldn't tell me when the 5th business would occur. Asked for a supervisor and the male rep rudely said it was just him. Their practices are shady and they should be banned as the institution that process payments for a company.
