I bought an item that was faulty and hence returned it for a refund, which I never received.
I can only say that it was THE WORST EVER Customer Service I have received and I'm feeling disgusted by Vova.
I will make sure everyone I know about the inconsiderate treatment I've received after the damage sustained of being left with no itrm and no money in the end. I will also write it on every single blog and shopping-related websites.
You've lost at least 20 customers for almost £30. I wonder if it's worth it.
