“Gilt - what a rip off - no customer service at all”

Purchased ans paid for a dress & they said they ran out and automaticallt shipped a totally different item. Meanwhile i had to wait 2 months to get my money back being forced to return the unsolicated item. The worst customer service ever & rudest reps.
Will never buy from there - not worth it.
