“I ordered 2 diferent orders in November the 11th”

I ordered 2 diferent orders in November the 11th. I've waited longer than the 15-25 business days. IT HAS BEEN NOW, 40 BUSINESS DAYS. And I haven't gotten my orders.

I really don't know what to do or how to ask for a refund. THOSE WERE CHRISTMAS PRESENTS. It's January 11th. If I'm not going to get the thins I ordered I would like a full refund. I STILL NEED TO BUY THOSE CHRISTMAS PRESENTS.

Tip for consumers:
IT'S VERY ATTRACTIVE. Yes.

But you can't be the fool who thinks "Oh, I'm definitely going to get my order, regardless of what people have said about it" No, you're not going to be the exception. I thought I was going to be, and now... I'm running out of patience.
