I ordered 2 diferent orders in November the 11th. I've waited longer than the 15-25 business days. IT HAS BEEN NOW, 40 BUSINESS DAYS. And I haven't gotten my orders.
I really don't know what to do or how to ask for a refund. THOSE WERE CHRISTMAS PRESENTS. It's January 11th. If I'm not going to get the thins I ordered I would like a full refund. I STILL NEED TO BUY THOSE CHRISTMAS PRESENTS.

From time to time with thousands of shipments there will be an occasional issue with shipping. Our procedure is designed to handle situations like this one quickly and efficiently. For this customer we were neither quick nor efficient and for that reason, we are retracing what exactly went so wrong so we can avoid such inefficiencies in the future.
