I had to file a claim with the BBB to get my styling fee returned to me after I never received any shipment. There was no tracking update for anything after my shipment was listed as being at their New Jersey warehouse. After numerous emails where the customer service claimed they could not cancel the charges on my account, I contacted the BBB and cancelled my AdoreMe Elite membership and received email confirmation of the cancellation. Then, 10 days later, I saw that the website had retained all of my personal information, including payment information. I emailed the company again (they have been unreachable by phone) to demand the removal of my personal information. I informed the company that if I should receive any further charges to my account then I will notify the fraud department of my bank, as that is the instructions of my bank.
