I ordered a pair of Jambu shoes for about A$ 150 from this website. About 3 weeks later I received a totally different pair. Some cheap, plastic pumps, smelling quite toxic of glue. The kind of shoes you get in 'cheap as chips' for 9.99.

Trying to return the shoes I found no return address, no physical address, no email address, no phone number, nothing on the website or the receipt. The only way to get in touch with the vendor is an online form. I completed it four times - needless to say nobody ever responded. I now deal with Mastercard to try and get my money back - but I'm not holding my breath.

I ordered two pair of jeans with that company. The first pair fitted quite well, however it had a very strange smell to it. I had to wash it several times to get rid of it but once that was achieved I was quite happy with it.

So I copied the same measurements and ordered a second pair. Big mistake! The jeans arrived after about a month, way too small. When I complained and requested another pair according to studiojeans policy, I got bogged down in endless email conversations and requests from studio jeans to elaborate how I took measurements.

They never admitted to have made a mistake and wanted me to take photographs and a video of myself measuring the jeans to prove that I had not made any mistakes measuring. It was quite absurd and the company completely missed my point: that there was nothing wrong with my measurements because the first pair I ordered fitted (and continued to fit - so it was not a case of me ballooning!) just fine...

This has been going on for a little over 6 weeks now and to date nothing has been resolved. In fact it is getting harder and harder to get an answer out of studiojeans.

Not good enough!

I ordered a pair of jeans before I read all the negative feedback this company is receiving. After I ordered I saw the reviews so I expected nothing when my jeans arrived. But they're great! I have no complaints. The waist was a little too wide but after checking I found this to be my own fault as I had stuffed up the measurements. I find it really difficult to get the measurements right - definitely get someone to help you or it'll show in the finished product.
Anyway - I'm happy. Love the fabric and the color and after over 1 year of wearing my jeans I'm also happy with the quality. So I am about to order my second pair now.
