I ordered 7 calendars as Christmas presents. I had always done this in store but Walmart cancelled this excellent service. I was not alone in being stuck at the last minute. I ordered them online (where there was already a note about due to volume... no guarantees on time of deliver) knowing they might be a bit late. They were very late, delivered sporadically and of poor quality. I have still not received 2 of my prepaid calendars. The sad thing is that these are a favourite Christmas present as they contain family photos from throughout the year. I don't understand why they cancelled what was excellent instore service for a poor quality product with disgusting service online. I have checked in at the store and e-mailed Walmart. Avoid the hastle... find someone who delivers an excellent product. Any recommendations?


I have ordered 3 linen pinnys (aprons) from this site. The first two were for me. The quality is excellent, delivery is speedy and the product is as advertised. I ordered another pinny as a last minute gift and this company went above and beyond to get it to me on time. They are doing everything right and the lavender as a gift is a nice touch. If you love linen this is the place for you! Margot


I could not be more frustrated. Purchased a voucher from travelzoo for a Christmas present, family getaway. The location was not available for a month of weekends, the voucher had an expiry date. Bottom line, lots of vouchers sold for a few cottages for a limited time period. At this point I am out almost $500.00 and have been put on hold for long periods of time as well as had to speak with an abrupt travelzoo rep. In fairness the supervisor I next talked with was pleasant but still no satisfaction. Strong warning watch refund policy and expiry date. Bottom line, I wouldn't buy a travelzoo voucher again.

Thank you to SiteJabber for getting my concerns out their. I did reconnect with a Travelzoo rep and the problem has been resolved to my satisfaction. I feel it is only fair to acknowledge the resolution. I would still strongly encourage buyer beware . Margot
