Paid over 175 for this cover.two months ago

Put it on,.and with the first rain,.water pooled.
And yes.after sharing photos.yes,.they agreed it was a mess!

Their answer.buy their "air bags".omg.who would.suggest buing more products form an inferior company! Low.the gaul! Lol

I thihk the air bags might work,.but.lol i asked for free shipping and yes.
But on the other hand.why do i have to even pay for this soluton!
Yes,,a terrible company.and i am now wish to beware future customers

DO NOT BUY...
I spent 170 dollars and i hate the product.water pooled on the top.it smelled.and i believe was a breeding area for mold and disease!

I emalied and they told me to buy another product from them.to correct their product!
Why would anyone buy another product from an inferior company to correct an inferior product!.lol

Yes.there are other good companies out there! Find them.this is not one!

Tip for consumers:
nothing done...the worst customer service other than a polite email..yes! \

but not return and no help...lol..other than purchasing an "air bag!' omg...yes cheap fix..but when one is unhappy with a product..they should not have to purchase another product from a lousy company to fix!!

warn everyong..but from a reputable company and get help and support for a purchase of 170 dollars...

Cover not bad quality.but no customer service at all!
Buy from a reputable place like frontgate! Called with a question, got a service person whose english was poor...and told they would call me back with another representative! NO CALL.wanted a few other items.but will go somewhere else! And btw.spent 168 dollars on the one item! So i would expect customer service!

Tip for consumers:
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE...could not understand accent of the sales rep....and asked to speak to someone else...told they would call back with someone else...NO CALL

just the round table cover ...with chairs...just awful

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM~ they do not stand for what they sell! I bought sheets. Bamboo sheets and they fell apart after a short time. When i called. They offered no help or support. Just a bad experience.
