Their 24 hour maintenance line is generally only between 9am and 3:30pm weekdays. We had our water heater go out on a Friday afternoon and it took five days for them to get our phone number right and get someone out to look at it. Then another three days till it was replaced. They also do not seem to be roommate friendly. I've lived in one of their properties for two years and had two roommate switches and that's too much work for them to process. If you're looking for a place to do some of your own maintenance and really learn how to take care of a home, then they're great. But if you expect your rental company to respond to your maintenance requests or work with you to replace a tennant, then this isn't the place for you.
