I ordered online. They never informed me that the vet had not approved the medicine. When I coordinated the vet with Allivet and the vet faxed back the approval. I called Allivet to confirm they had received it. Allivet said yes and the pharmacist would dispense the medicine as soon as possible. I called back the next day to see if the medicine had been dispensed. They said the vet had not approved it. What? They said the day before they had received the approval. I immediately cancelled my order and will not do business with Allivet again.

The stores are clean, bright, and the staff is helpful. They could have more help around the store to help the customers. The prices are still too high on goods, although they do have a price match on the same item from another store. However, the customer has to find the item on-line to get the price match. We couldn't find it and did not get the price match on our item. The other store had the item at the lower price by 33% just not on the website. In the end the store did not honor the lower price. In this case the other store should get the business.

We ordered a meat slicer from Gandermountain.com. The delivery was supposed to be 3-5 business days. You guessed it those days came and went. We called to see where our item was. The customer service people informed us that the manufacturer was supposed to send out our item and never did. They had no idea what was going on. They could not tell when it might go out after 10 business days. There was never any tracking information. After 3 calls they were all too happy to take our cancellation. Poor customer service. There was no customer appreciation whatsoever. In this competitive online environment where Amazon and Walmart are guarantying 2 day delivery Gander Mountain is not competitive. They lost our business and will likely lose other consumers' business. And before you know it they will be out of business...
