These guys are the best! Helped me when my appliances got struck by lightning and then helped with recommendations on replacements. Each service representative knows their 'stuff'! Helpful from the mechanics to maintaining things in good working order so they don't have to fit it. Even helped with how to really keep stainless looking nice. Really responsive and glad to know there is a group you can trust!

Now that Coldwater Creek is only an online retailer, they are just AWFUL. There ordering system will say something is in stock and it is not and when you call, all you get is "oh, sorry for that". They say they will address it but they do not and then the best answer: "It's really hard to have a system that keeps up with orders and the warehouse". Are you kidding me?!?!?! You cannot be an online retailer if you don't have the basics down. Too bad. They used to be worth the extra money.
