We needed Visbiome Vet probiotic, which we had previously bought from vet. This time, we called VetRX, after learning they carried the same thing, less expensive, and shipped second day service, with cold pack as it needs refrigeration to stay fresh. I spoke with Tyler in Customer Service. He was knowledgeable, kind, and caring. There was a problem putting my credit card through, and Tyler said he'd try it again in the morning (after I found out from credit card company that no order had been received). Tyler called me back next morning and told me all was well and the card went through just fine. We don't know what caused the problem before, but it's all fixed now. Tyler was so kind, reassuring, friendly, and I felt like I was talking to a member of my own family.
