Mountain Home Remdeling in Laural MD did my roof. At first glance it looked great,so I gave a high rating. Within a short time I had stains on my ceilings, a sheet rock peeling and falling out of place. They sent someone todo a worthless repair job that lasted only a short while. I have a great deal of damage I have had to pay for broken rafters and repairs to vents system. Repair is needing to be redone where handyman supposedly fixed. Yet, Angi refused to downgrade my review.

It's expensive. To return for any reason, they charge a restocking and shipping fee. The smaller units have no thermostat, so they continue to run until the room reaches over 80 degrees.

I ordered a phone battery. Shortly after receiving, i discovered that changing it was very involved. I was told I couldn't change it myself by someone who works for Assurion.it was way too complicated. I ask mercari if I could send it back, but they told me I was beyond my return window. They only allow 3 days for returns.

I am paying extra for a premium with the impression it should be a better insurance. Not!
The specialist copay is double what I was paying with traditional Medicare. Specialist are 20 and 30 miles away instead of 5 to 10. I still have to pay 20% for lab test... including those in the Drs. Offices. Their patient advocate department is a joke: they took Planet Fitness's word over mine, thus I was railroaded out of my fitness benefit. Planet Fitness lied and told them I left for other reasons instead of the $39 fee they were trying to impose on me. Watch out for their sales department----they exaggerate benefit coverages.
Planet Fitness Elkton, MD contracted with Silver Sneakers to provide free memberships for certain health insurance carriers. I signed up in January. Two months later---while I am in Colorado burying my brother---they called me saying they did not have my correct insurance info. I provided the information. They then left me a message that I had to pay a $39 fee. I called them back saying I would cancel rather than pay the imposed fee. I also told them that instead of charging me a fee, they should be giving everyone a credit for having to deal with the shambles their location was in during their renovation. They proceeded to insist I had to pay them $39 or get a written cancellation to them before the 10th of that month. I was not going to be home in time as my flight home was scheduled for the 9th. A few phone calls later the manager said my membership was cancelled. When my insurance co. Called them, they lied and told them I cancelled because of the renovation mess. Further they lied and stated that they did not attempt to impose a fee.
Many times 2 days became much longer. Had to initiate calls to customer service several times to find out why I did not receive my order. Also did not honor offered discounts at times.
Very efficient 2 day and return policy. Great extras for prime. Some problems with market place venders
