I bought an oil diffuser for the first time. And kept it in the box till I bought some oils for it. When I took it out I found out that it didn't work at all. I contacted customer service (Kayla) and she was nothing but great and fast at replying to my emails. After telling her that the diffuser doesn't work she sent me another one. Once that one came in I found out it didn't work as well. I told Kayla and sent her a video of the defected diffuser. Unfortunately they were out of stock of the diffuser that I bought. So she recommends another one and is sending it to me. Just great customer service! I would definitely recommend buying from them.

My husband saw a shirt on instagram from this company that looked so cool. As most of their items on instagram. I ordered a shirt for his birthday on May 30,2018. Got a confirmation number and email once I paid and tracking info. I signed up for USPS to receive text updates on my phone. Didnt hear from anyone till June 5 (husbands birthday) that they finally created a label and USPS was waiting to receive package. June 15 I finally emailed and wanted to get an update to see if they knew where the shirt was at. Bc tracking on USPS kept saying label created waiting to receive package. They basically gave an excuse saying they travel every weekend and to look at their webpage about how long it takes for shipping. In a pretty rude way. They didnt say were sorry for the inconvenience. Just excuses and said hey your package shipped today so check tracking tomorrow. Mind you this is June 15... I tracked and no update on USPS. So I called and spoke with a rep. At USPS. She said its the same on her end that the label was created and theyre just waiting for the company to drop off the item to them. Or else I would of gotten an update. After a few emails back and forth and Trying to get ahold of the company on instagram dm. I received a text update from USPS saying they received item on June 22 at 1:59am. Finally got the shirt on June 23. The shirt was eh, it could of been better. Just upsetting that it took this long. We ordered from other companies that make shirts similar to this and the shipment never takes this long. And on top of that their packaging is cool. Plus theyll throw in a cool sticker. If youre looking for a cool shirt and expect it to be on time. I suggest these companies right here. Theyre awesome and have great customer service.

Also when I was waiting on the shirt I looked for reviews on the company many people ordered from this company and they all pretty much say the same thing. They never received the items they paid for and cant get ahold of anyone. Or you can even look at their comments on their Instagram.

My husband and children go to Vegas every couple of months. I decided to stay at Vegas knowing its the same weekend of rockin rio. Any ways so my husband was really tired mind you we only booked one night (we're from California) so surprisingly he passed out around 9-10. At 10 I started hearing loud music thinking one of the rooms were having a party after a couple of minutes I noticed that it was the club inside the Luxor. I know it's Vegas and everyone is partying. But I believe if you pay for a room. It should be relaxing and you should be able to enjoy your time there weather you're a couple, family, group etc. I would of changed rooms but my husband was already passed out. When I finally went to sleep around 11pm. My husband woke me up (1am) saying he couldn't go back to sleep because the music was too loud. So we decided to leave. I wish we had a better time there since it was only for one day. I don't think we'll be staying there again. If any one from the company reads this there were drink stains on the ceiling near the window and the wall paper next to the desk (near the TV) was peeling off. Room 3017 elevator 1A (third floor).

Just like the other reviews about the customer service. Yes it's true they're terrible I ordered a dress for a wedding I received on march 25. I paid extra for the express. Any who there was a tare in the right arm. I didn't like the dress in person and it didn't fit me. The day i received it emailed the company 4 times on how to return and get my money back. Finally on April 1 I got an email from customer service and all she asked was if I want 8 dollarss for the tare in the dress. In all of my emails I said the same thing over and over again that I would like my full amount and to return the dress. Then on the 4 of April they finally responded to my emails and asked if I would like another dress. Wtf!?! How many times do I have to say I want my money back and I want to return this dress!?! Till this day I haven't heard from this company, and no one has helped me on how to return or get my money back.

So a little old for an update but the company emailed me starring they will return my money. But if they give me my refund they wanted me to take down my review. WTH um no.
