The owner contacted me asking what my consulting fee would be for a whole-home smart home project. I provided my fee amount. The owner then scheduled a meeting with her clients for my consultation on the project. After spending over 2 hours advising and answering all the questions the clients had, the owner of N2archdesign refused to pay my consulting fee. Apparently N2archdesign did not get the job, and so felt justified in not paying for the requested consultation--even after I offered to take 1/2 my fee. The owner then lied under oath when I took her to small claims court. Not to be trusted!

I work with elderly and so I keep a supply of Purell on hand. Seeing that there would be a shortage, I ordered from Zoro expecting several months delay. Zoro, instead of holding my order until supplies came available they simply cancelled my order--a week and a half after I had ordered it. I lost critical time in making an advanced order for needed supplies. Zoro sucks.
