The had my laptop for 5 months and sent it back broken. Very poor communication.
At first, I got some updates and then nothing until I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau. A month later, I got my broken lap to back.

The truth of your claim is that you did not purchase replacement coverage and your device had a brown liquid throughout it which required the device to be replaced. The first attempt to send the device back to you was resulted int eh USPS returning the device to us as you did not sign for or pick up the device and the second attempt you picked up the device weeks after it was shipped.

Really don't see how this company can continue...Paid for insurance for two phones. First year no...
