This is a YOUNG, GEEK group. I signed up because I was promised results. I live in a small city (1 square mile) and when the geek told me that things were moving fast and that I was #1 in my city, I was appalled. Idiot. I am the ONLY one business of this kind in the city. I was not impressed. When I complained to the Pres Scott Cohen 6 months later after seeing no results, he gave me some things to do that should have been told to me from day one. I ended up closing my business and wasted good advertising dollars on this company. This is a group of young kids playing at being men and earning free money from someone. BEWARE of this company. BIG WASTE OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY

Hi Margaret, I appreciate you sharing this feedback regarding your experience with 180Fusion. Customer experience and ensuring that our customers receive full value for products/services purchased is very important to me. I would love a few moments of your time to understand where you feel we did not meet expectations that were promised you when you purchased from us. Please give us a call and ask for Jeff Conley.

The loan department is appalling. After spending a hour on the phone with specific directions about my automatic loan payments, they still messed it up. The people DO NOT CARE, it is just a job and they get paid regardless of the POOR service. The quality assurance department does not care, the people in the branches do not care. When you get to be that big, no one notices the pathetic quality of service given... but everyone gets a pay check... IMAGINE THAT

I have been a customer for more than 25 years. When you are unhappy and you go to the owner Lori, she defends the unprofessional behavior of her staff. Mitch, Michael and Manny are a GHASTLY, HORRID trio. I purchased a new computer and specifically told them I was not computer literate to put my word docs, Quick Books and personal pictures in a marked folder so I could find it easily. Instead, it is all about another way to make money by charging you to help find your files in the hidden ways it is installed from the old computer.
AFTER 25 YEARS, THERE WILL BE NO MORE REFERRALS AND I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THEM ANYMORE. There are other computer companies that do the same thing BETTER.
Lori, please DO NOT call me and ask me to change my opinion and give your company a better review. As the owner, look at what is really going on and correct this. Mitch has been a long term problem that you ignore

Home Depot in Seaside is EXCELLENT from Hershel in appliances, to Linda at the return counter to Eric in Millworks to Moshe the manager. Best Service, best pricing and the people will go the extra mile for you. Ten GOLD stars for each of them

Nataly, Maria, Lilly and Matt have excellent customer service skills. This coupled with the great food makes it a pleasure to deal with them.

You are NOT honest that you charge the residential homes an EXTREMELY LARGE FEE for the referral for a place that you have NOT previewed. FRAUDULENT REPRESENTATION just so you can get a fee from the homes. MORE than the monthly rent that a family pays.

APlaceForMom C. – A Place for Mom Rep

Hi Margaret,

Thank you for your feedback. A Place for Mom is paid by our participating providers and communities, which enables us to offer families a cost-free service with no hidden fees.

Unfortunately, Americans are in a crisis when it comes to senior care. Senior living is expensive and it’s usually one of the most difficult decisions a family has to make. To help educate families on the costs associated with care, we created the Senior Care Price Index http://www.aplaceformom.com/senior-living-price-index which is a great resource to learn more about the costs associated with senior living.

Federal law prevents us from referring families directly to senior housing communities if the family desires to use public funds like Medicaid for housing costs. We have compiled tools to assist families with conducting their own independent search for their public funding needs. There are government resources available to help with the search for options. A few are listed below:

• Administration on Aging (www.aoa.gov): The “Elders and Families” section of the AoA is particularly useful for accessing links to information regarding state and local services for older adults and their families; public and private benefits programs; Medicare; and long-term care planning
• Eldercare.gov (www.eldercare.gov): This helpful website offers fact sheets, booklets and links to federal websites.
• U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (www.hud.gov/): Here you can find information on affordable housing for seniors and rental assistance, among other things.
• The National Council on Aging (www.ncoa.org): Provides a list of federal and state assistance programs.
• Department of Veterans Affairs (www.va.gov): Veteran’s benefits provide those who have served their country (some benefits extend to their spouses as well) financial assistance during their retirement years. To learn if you are eligible, visit this website and review the information under “Veteran Services.”
• Disability.gov (www.disabilityinfo.gov): A comprehensive guide on disability programs and services, including Social Security benefits and affordable, accessible housing. The website provides links to more than 14,000 resources from federal, state and local government agencies; academic institutions; and nonprofit organizations.

We also disclose on our website, in our advertisements, and in our communications that A Place for Mom is paid by our participating providers and communities. Because we are paid by our participating providers and communities, we are able to offer you a completely cost-free service. Families are welcome to do their own research to explore communities and services outside of our network, and use that information to make educated comparisons.
