“Good luck trying to get a refund for tournament cancelled due to COVID”

Bought overpriced tickets to 2020 US Open, which was cancelled due to COVID. Refund reluctantly offered as a last option (minus a hefty service fee) to be paid within "30 - 60 days" after tournament would have been held. Still waiting. No reply to emails.
