Stay far away from this company. I purchased a playset, received an email confirming receipt and saying it would ship soon, and when I checked the status it said "order confirmed" on their website. The next day I received an email indicating that the order was cancelled because the supplier had increased the pricing. I tried to call the company, but the calls just went to voicemail. I also sent them an email asking them to call me but they did not respond to my email.

I suspect this is a one-man operation that just receives orders and has the orders drop-shipped directly from the supplier. Therefore, it is probably very easy for them to just shut down and open a new company if things go wrong. Not a reliable company that works with you to resolve an issue.

What is probably most telling to me about this company is that I also had place an identical playset in my cart, but not processed the the transaction. One day later, I received an email reminding me about the item in my cart and providing me with a 10% coupon code to complete the purchased. The different between the new price (with the coupon code) and the original price, had they honored it, was $540. Obviously, they still stood to make some profit on this transaction I did not complete, so they weren't even to take what amounted to a small loss (less than $500) to make it right with a customer.
