I am extremely unhappy about the way cheapoair handled my reservation, cancelled.

CheapoAir have caused me extra costs in of over 300.00 dollars due to cancelling my reservation.

If I book on redtag or expedia, when it says approved it is approved.

I am travelling and it takes a half functioning brain to see that obviously you can NOT call my home number to confirm.

No one calls to confirm when it says the ticket is purchased.

Marco, our apologies for the inconvenience,. We have a credit card verification process we do on our bookings, We were unable to complete one with your bank, and sent an email to you requesting you to contact us. We didn't hear back from you within the ticketing time limit, therefore the booking automatically cancels out. Our agents did contact you to rebook the flights and we agreed to honor the original price, but you declined. So the $300.00 you paid, that was to some other travel site, and not us.
